Russiakaners is designed primarily for experienced agricultural families who are seeking long-term, lawful settlement within a structured regional environment within the RussianFedration.
This initiative is not built for short-term relocation or speculative migration. It is intended for those who understand farming, rural life within a community, and the responsibilities that come with building and developing stability over generations within farming communities.
Primary Profile
The core applicants are farming families with practical agricultural experience. This includes individuals or households who have operated farms, managed livestock, cultivated crops, or maintained agricultural businesses over a sustained period.
Long-term operational experience is valued more than formal titles alone. Practical knowledge, resilience, and demonstrated success in agricultural activity are central considerations.
Multi-generational households with clear long-term intent are particularly suited to the cooperative model.
Secondary Profiles
In addition to primary agricultural operators, the initiative may consider individuals with rural relevant skills that directly support agricultural settlement. These may include trades such as construction, mechanical maintenance, agricultural engineering, irrigation systems, and other infrastructure support roles.
Under the Rural Settlement Support Framework, consideration would later extend beyond core farming operations to the broader requirements of sustainable rural communities. This includes veterinary and animal health services, educators and school administrators, healthcare practitioners, accounting and administrative professionals, logistics and supply coordinators, equipment and input suppliers, security services, small business operators, and essential trade skills required for long term rural continuity.
The objective is not simply agricultural production, but the development of stable, self sustaining rural communities capable of multi generational sustainability.

A genuine long-term settlement intention
Willingness to integrate lawfully within Russian regional systems
Financial preparedness
Practical operational capability
A stable household structure
The initiative prioritises seriousness and stability over speed.

Short-term economic relocation
Applicants without agricultural or rural alignment
