HOW IT IS MANAGED

Russiakaners operates through a layered structure designed to provide coordination without interfering in the independent operations of member families.

The system functions across three levels.

At the central level, Russiakaners LLC provides coordination, structural oversight, and continuity between regions. This layer ensures that standards remain consistent, agreements are honoured, and expansion only occurs when the required administrative conditions are in place.

At the regional level, each participating region establishes a registered agricultural cooperative. This cooperative is the operational structure within that region. It represents the member families locally and interfaces with regional authorities according to Russian law.

At the family level, each household operates its own agricultural activity independently. Farm management decisions, production methods, and daily operations remain the responsibility of the family.

This separation of layers is intentional.

The cooperative does not manage individual farms.
Russiakaners does not control daily agricultural operations.
Families do not carry responsibility for central coordination.

Each layer has a defined role.
